The Parable Regarding Attaining Muscle Mass Without Having Body Fat

By Molly Kirk

Lots of you have expressed concerns about gaining excessive body fat while on such a high calorie diet, and wonder if you should do some fitness to cancel out the weight gain.

Definitely not.

That will be detrimental to gaining muscle. For optimum results, you can have to train and diet to understand muscle or reduce weight. One or other. A high level true hardgainer, you can not do both. By trying, you will not make any substantial progress no matter what. So, the time has come to gain weight. You may worry about fat loss later.

The fact is that there are no magic pills, powders, foods or exercises that will enable you to build muscle and lose weight at the same time.

All of it is determined by your genetics and metabolism. A lot of people can do it, some can't. If you're naturally thin where you can difficult time getting fatter of any kind, it will be silly people to think you will be able to build muscle while trying to keep your body fat low.

Most skinny guys wish to gain more muscle, but are afraid of gaining extra fat. They see all the bodybuilder photos and study the stories about people gaining pounds of muscle while losing pounds of fat - They would like to do the same. When looking at these photos, saved that most of those people do not have one's body type. Nearly all of them are overweight and wish to lose fat, not build muscle.

'Well', you say, 'What about those individuals who transformed their own health? They lost fat and gained muscle'. Yes, but the vast majority of these people were overweight, or had high amounts of body fat. To put it differently, their metabolisms were, typically, slow. They simply dieted and trained for fat loss.

Weight training exercise helped them to tone up and slightly increase their muscle mass by replacing most of the fat with muscle. However, you'll never increase your weight far above your original starting weight your type of diet.

In other words, even though you gain some muscle, you'll actually weight less!

For instance, Big Joe weighs 189lbs with 18% excess fat. This works out to be 34lbs of fat and 155lbs of muscle. Then goes on a fat reduction diet and slowly diets right down to a ripped 5% body fat at 168lbs, that's 8.4lbs of fat and 160lbs of muscle. He lost 26lbs of fat, and his weight only transpired by 21lbs. So, looking until this we realize that they managed to also gain 5lbs of muscle. he has more muscular mass than as he started, and he looks totally ripped, but his weight decreased because his definitive goal was weight-loss. He looks superior, and his measurements changed, but he only increased his total weight by five pounds.

Should you be very thin, you cannot do this. Yes, your system fat will decrease, and this will also provide you with more muscular mass, but it will not increase your weight. You'll just get much thinner. Big Joe was 'big' in the first place; we are not. To get the same results as Big Joe, you must first gain the extra weight, and then focus on losing our bodies fat later. Joe had the size; he just needed to trim down. We don't have the size to utilize, so we need to force our bodies to grow beyond our body's comfort range. Here is the hard part.

This is the reason if you want to grow beyond the current size, you need to diet for it specifically.

Remember, the majority of you have quickly metabolisms. Gaining weight will likely be extremely difficult.

The only method you will get bigger should be to shock one's body.

You must shock the body by:

1. Training with big names, and

2. Eating plenty of calories.

The first shock has been weight training. You must focus on compound free- weight exercises, and lift heavy weights, which will stimulate the biggest amount of muscle fibers. Your body responds for this stimulus by boosting your muscle mass.

The next way we must shock your body is by eating more calories than one's body is used to. This is actually the most important factor in gaining mass. If you overload the body with plenty of protein and fats, your system has no other choice but to realize weight.
